The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 2101–A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by repealing §29-12C-1 and §29-12-2, relating to eliminating obsolete government entities; and repealing sections relating to the Patient Injury Compensation Plan Study Board.
